Our answer: you don’t. We do. We handle the preparation, the licensing, the repairs, and the cleaning — so you can leave your house, travel, and stop thinking about it until you’re home again.

We schedule your home inspection, inventory, and smart home audit.

We help you get licensed and get your home fully prepped before January 2027.

During festival week, our crews are on call — repairs and cleaning handled.

After the festival, we can hand your home back to you exactly as it should be.

we’ve already been through this process ourselves and know exactly what’s required
>> Optional: a full Airbnb readiness check
>> Scheduling and performing any potential preventive maintenance work

During the Festival:

>> 24-hour replacement guarantee on refrigerators
>> 48-hour replacement guarantee on water heaters
>> 48-hour repair guarantee on furnace issues
